I think the most important (and the only vital) one of those is anti-gubmint. They make the laws, instruct the police and media, and set the tone. Sikhs will be Sikhs, and can be expected to seek their own advantage - like everyone else. Likewise Pakistanis. The police have to follow orders. It's the establishment "thinkers" with their imaginary world of rainbow unicorns that have to be removed from power. Curing them seems impossible.
The government is also the hardest target, & the only institution which could remove the problem at scale. I think you should refine the specific targets great, otherwise you get political housecats like the libertarians we have in the US: screeching when ICE removes the obvious scanners because its' men from the government in uniforms doing something.
And the public is owed something very different from a 'cured' set of establishment thinkers.
Again, I don't think there's good evidence that Sikhs are particularly involved in violent crime, so I don't think that attitude is especially productive. If you you want to make a more fundamental argument about English self-determination, fine, but we're talking about 0.8% of the population here. End chain migration and you'd be fine.

You're still assuming a political solution. Even if they'd only end up in prison, they're not going to arrest themselves. This is going to go on until they lose control entirely, and when that happens no one's going to care if hanging them is legal or not.
As for the Sikhs... I would say their reputation for orderliness and pacifism is falling apart. They're heavily involved with organised crime in Canada, I doubt it's much different in the UK. Here in the USA they are the primary group driving semi trucks without the ability to read highway signs. There have been multiple accidents involving driving the wrong way on a highway, causing multi car crashes , etc, killing entire families . they are also very rude. I deal with semi truck drivers daily and they are very arrogant refusing to follow laws regarding maintaining the safety and security of their cargo. Then they lie about it although they have been observed breaking laws.

I think that Digwa and his family were dealt with more-or-less appropriately, and if the British public want more consistent standards regarding knife possession I think that's reasonable. Obviously the conduct of the officers was horrific and I'm glad it's generated an overdue public furore. I just don't see the point in making this about "Sikh knife violence" more generally when that's not statistically supported.

My emotional reaction is akin to yours. My more reasoned reaction opens other issues. People with something to gain from the exercise have been telling white people to kill white people for a long time. For me it’s the biggest red flag there is.

Controlled Spontaneity came about as London was preparing to host the 2012 Olympics. So yes, it could have been just the work of the Family Liaison Officer in this case, but when things really kick off there is also a security services machine that kicks in to deal with it — to funnel us all away from anger and towards the state's preferred responses and narratives.

When I heard Henry’s father’s speech I was racking my brains trying to recall what the policy was called. I’m pretty certain these people in the nudge unit and others got to work on Henry’s family and took advantage of their shock and grief.

I've had a few days myself to develop my thoughts on all this as well. I will lay them out in the sequence of events
First, whatever the altercation between Digwa and Nowak; I wonder if Digwa understood that he was inflicting mortal injuries on Nowak. Somehow we live in an age where things don't feel real, both these guys are young, and judging by the sequence of events following Digwa's behavior just doesn't make sense. It took an hour for Henry to die, Digwa just hung around... I honestly think at that moment the "plan" was to just hope Henry would go away - injured, but alive
Here's where the brother comes into play. He arrives on the scene and starts to problem solve. Again, the severity of injuries either not acknowledged or whatever. Gurpreet (the brother) makes an assessment and decides the "magic words" that would most likely produce a favorable encounter with police are racism, of course. And he was absolutely spot on, wasn't he? At some point mom & dad are called. The father in this situation actually strikes me as the most sympathetic to Henry, as he keeps trying to keep him on his feet.
What of the mother? Her senses are sharp, her maternal instincts on point. She realizes the danger, but in her incompetence rather than disposing of the knife, she takes it home. I honestly don't blame her for trying to protect her son. Any mother would.
Then, police show up. And here is where this whole story turns from simple murder & attempted cover up, to civilizational catastrophe. If the attending officers arrive and, upon hearing Henry's pleas, immediately check him, attempt to render aid, he dies, and then they arrest everyone in attendance - this is nothing. Just another murder in England. But thats not what happened. That poor lad spent his last minutes of life in handcuffs, laughed at and derided, by people who are supposed to protect and serve the public. His final memory to the grave. 18 years old. That the police do not have the spider senses to arrive on scene and smell something is wrong; this is a failure of culture. Any time you have a group of Indians (esp from same family) on one side telling the same story and a person on the other side telling another - well, its a 50/50 situation. Yes, call me racist, I don't care, it is as true as the day is long. Henry could have been a known pathological liar, it wouldn't change my assessment.
Every society has its "magic words". For a while, a woman crying for help in the West would result in a dozen male strangers immediately come to her aid. I experienced this myself, when, driving with my gf many years ago we get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and no spare. I try to call AA and they say they need 6h to get us. She wisely suggest she try to call a few min later - a different agent picks up the phone, she says the magic words "I feel unsafe, and I'm alone" and voila, 45 min later the truck is there. I wasn't even mad. My younger sister applied to some elite university and asked me my advice on how to write her essays. I said "lean into all the girlpower crap, and do a pocahontas" which absolutely made her liberal ears melt, but, her ambition got the better of her and she took my advice. She got in.
In the old days, screaming "witch!" brought upon the wrath of the village. Today, the magic word in England is "racism" or whatever. And the Digwa's knew that, of course they did. If it took Henry an hour to die, he obviously didn't hit anything immediately fatal like an artery or the liver. The hour is what makes the police behavior so reprehensible. Henry could have been saved had he been transported to a hospital. At least this would be the case in the US, not sure about NHS.
I read an article on here saying that the police yanking him about and cuffing him could have meant a forming clot on the wound broke away and stretched the internal wound wide so the bleeding became a flood.
If the blood was already slowing and clotting, that must mean there was chance he could have been saved.

From what I read, it seems there was about an hour between Henry being stabbed and his death.
That being the case, it seems to me that if he had received prompt medical treatment (if the po-po had responded to the FIRST call made, reporting a stabbing) he would have had a reasonable chance of living.
I believe that the family were waiting for him to die, so that there would be no witnesses to their lies.

We had a case like that in Stockholm yesterday, that made national news:
A woman that had already filed assault charges against the man and he had been convicted and done time, and had a restraining order. She had divorced him due to abuse, which only made it worse as he kept coming back.
He still shows up at her home and makes threats. When she loads their three children into her car and tries to drive off, he manages to get into the car and kick her out, and proceeds to try and run her over.
She calls police who responds in force. Helicopter finds him and squad cars run him off the road. When a K9-officer with his dog runs up to the car, the man is in process of trying to stab the children to death.
The officer shoots the man in the head, killing him.

Obviously the conduct of the officers was horrific and I'm glad it's generated an overdue public furore. I just don't see the point in making this about "Sikh knife violence" more generally when that's not statistically supported.

My emotional reaction is akin to yours. My more reasoned reaction opens other issues. People with something to gain from the exercise have been telling white people to kill white people for a long time. For me it’s the biggest red flag there is.

In addition to the police Liaison Officers and The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT), which is more commonly known as the 'Nudge Unit', we actually also have a dedicated security services programme called Controlled Spontaneity that is activated when there are terror attacks or shocking events that inflame the public like this.
Controlled Spontaneity came about as London was preparing to host the 2012 Olympics. Given the state of Europe at the time the security services assessed that there was a very high risk of terrorism targeting the games and this programme was put in place to plan ahead for how terrorist atrocities can be handled and then the public's response redirected away sufficiently that they could carry on with the games.
We actually didn't have a major Islamist attack during the games, but the programme has been deployed for the various attacks and outrages since. It involves coordination ahead of time to be able to organise imams, priests and rabbis to all appear together on short notice and read state-prepared statements of solidarity. They print and put up signs in the night, intended to look like the outpourings of the local community. They 'handle' those involved to ensure their media contact is curated. They deliver vans full of flowers to vigil locations, push certain songs onto the radio scheduling, and feed the newspapers clear guidelines about what they can and should say and not say (as well as handing them full stories to print).
So yes, it could have been just the work of the Family Liaison Officer in this case, but when things really kick off there is also a security services machine that kicks in to deal with it — to funnel us all away from anger and towards the state's preferred responses and narratives.

When I heard Henry’s father’s speech I was racking my brains trying to recall what the policy was called. There are too many people that think of wealth redistribution and social programs as "kindness" or "charity" or "justice", when in fact the vast majority is just a well-hidden money laundering business. I began thinking about this 20+ years ago when I found out that only 7-8 cents of every dollar allocated to government programs actually reaches the intended recipients.

Ironically, the USA inherited the right to bear arms from the British. It was once the common belief among people in general, and even turned up in sermons, that a failure to defend innocent life, including one's own, was a sin. You must defend your family, help your neighbor if thugs attack him, and a failure to defend one's own life was thought tantamount to the sin of suicide. Willfully being unable to do so would be part and parcel of such a sin, and would mark one as not just a coward but as contributing to evil.
Although in the modern world this tends to become about gun control, ultimately it isn't. Attempts to keep weapons away from the common folk so that the power of the powerful is not undermined have been common throughout history, and a useful tool for that purpose is to claim that it's a moral issue, and ultimately that the right of self defense is evil.

First, whatever the altercation between Digwa and Nowak; I wonder if Digwa understood that he was inflicting mortal injuries on Nowak. Somehow we live in an age where things don't feel real, both these guys are young, and judging by the sequence of events following Digwa's behavior just doesn't make sense. It took an hour for Henry to die, Digwa just hung around... I honestly think at that moment the "plan" was to just hope Henry would go away - injured, but alive
Here's where the brother comes into play. He arrives on the scene and starts to problem solve. Again, the severity of injuries either not acknowledged or whatever. Gurpreet (the brother) makes an assessment and decides the "magic words" that would most likely produce a favorable encounter with police are racism, of course. And he was absolutely spot on, wasn't he? At some point mom & dad are called. The father in this situation actually strikes me as the most sympathetic to Henry, as he keeps trying to keep him on his feet.
What of the mother? Her senses are sharp, her maternal instincts on point. She realizes the danger, but in her incompetence rather than disposing of the knife, she takes it home. I honestly don't blame her for trying to protect her son. Any mother would.
Then, police show up. And here is where this whole story turns from simple murder & attempted cover up, to civilizational catastrophe. If the attending officers arrive and, upon hearing Henry's pleas, immediately check him, attempt to render aid, he dies, and then they arrest everyone in attendance - this is nothing. Every society has its "magic words". For a while, a woman crying for help in the West would result in a dozen male strangers immediately come to her aid. I experienced this myself, when, driving with my gf many years ago we get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and no spare. I try to call AA and they say they need 6h to get us. She wisely suggest she try to call a few min later - a different agent picks up the phone, she says the magic words "I feel unsafe, and I'm alone" and voila, 45 min later the truck is there. I wasn't even mad. My younger sister applied to some elite university and asked me my advice on how to write her essays. I said "lean into all the girlpower crap, and do a pocahontas" which absolutely made her liberal ears melt, but, her ambition got the better of her and she took my advice. She got in.
In the old days, screaming "witch!" brought upon the wrath of the village. Today, the magic word in England is "racism" or whatever. And the Digwa's knew that, of course they did. I don't even blame them for that. Every system will have actors who pick at the edges, try to exploit weakness. This is as natural as the day is long.

If it took Henry an hour to die, he obviously didn't hit anything immediately fatal like an artery or the liver. The hour is what makes the police behavior so reprehensible. Henry could have been saved had he been transported to a hospital. At least this would be the case in the US, not sure about NHS.
It also throws considerable doubt on the police narrative that Henry's injuries were so severe that his death was inevitable.
I read an article on here saying that the police yanking him about and cuffing him could have meant a forming clot on the wound broke away and stretched the internal wound wide so the bleeding became a flood.
If the blood was already slowing and clotting, that must mean there was chance he could have been saved.
Which makes those who say his death was inevitable a bunch of lying bastards.

From what I read, it seems there was about an hour between Henry being stabbed and his death.
That being the case, it seems to me that if he had received prompt medical treatment (if the po-po had responded to the FIRST call made, reporting a stabbing) he would have had a reasonable chance of living.
I believe that the family were waiting for him to die, so that there would be no witnesses to their lies.

If Digwa knew what he was doing then he's a murderer and should be executed. If he's incapable of understanding the violence his body is capable of unleashing then he's a threat to the community and at best should be exiled.

I doubt that any bears were ever as dangerous as the ferals imported into white societies.

Did you ever pull the old trick when hitchhiking, to have the girl be the one visible until someone stopped? Me and my wife did that when we were young-ish (20 and 19). It worked well.
Have a friend Down South who told me how his Dad used to act when my friend and his siblings were in their late teens:
My friend and/or his brother if they called home (0230, typically) telling Dad they'd missed the last bus? Were told they could use the 20km hike home to sober up.
Thier sister would say: "It's no problem Dad, I met this guy and he says I can spend the night at his place and..."
Dad: "You stay in that phone-booth until I get there!"
And he'd drive there in his nightclothes, too.

All of this is analogous, too, to trying to get people to leave or hold accountable their domestic abusers. It shouldn't be the role of a counselor to beg a beaten woman to leave the man, and in so many cases a woman is murdered after forgiving/excusing the guy many many times. The first time he hits you should be the last and it shouldn't be the burden on the abused to leave the home; it should be the burden of the legal system to get the guy out and keep him out.
People who mistreat you can't be shamed or lectured out of it. One can only stop it by refusing to accept it even if the family and neighbors try to shame you into accepting it.
You aren't the first one to make the analogy to an abusive relationship. It's a very strong analogy, though it has more in common with the emotional abuse a BPDemon inflicts on her husband than it does with the physical abuse a lout inflicts on his wife, imo.
Abusers are all alike; the details of how the abuse is perpetrated isn't the important part. I agree men and women both are abusive to loved ones (or victim ones) in equal proportion though the method of course varies according to the capabilities of the abuser.
You would be surprised (or not) at the amount of physical abuse in lesbian relationships. I read all the police reports in a then small city for a couple of years.

We had a case like that in Stockholm yesterday, that made national news:
A woman that had already filed assault charges against the man and he had been convicted and done time, and had a restraining order. She had divorced him due to abuse, which only made it worse as he kept coming back.
He still shows up at her home and makes threats. When she loads their three children into her car and tries to drive off, he manages to get into the car and kick her out, and proceeds to try and run her over.
She calls police who responds in force. Helicopter finds him and squad cars run him off the road. When a K9-officer with his dog runs up to the car, the man is in process of trying to stab the children to death.
The officer shoots the man in the head, killing him.
I had to stop reading about it, because the forums were full of idiots claiming the police shouldn't have fired, but should instead have tried to de-escalate by using pepper spray and taser first.
Instead of a decent prison system like we used to have, where hard labour was part of sentence and foreign criminals faced mandatory deportation for life (pre-1950s), a man is dead instead of having been sent home to Kurdistan after serving his time, his ex-wife is traumatised and her children have had to see their father try to kill them and then be shot in the head up close.
