In Part I – Planet Pennywise Hatches the Hydra, we saw how the political and cultural control exerted by the controllers of the world combined with the increasingly hellish conditions created by their control to lead to the germination of an amorphous, decentralized resistance engine, fertilized by the practical and ideological contributions of all those who had been alienated and excised from the social order. This entity, the Hydra, proved to be an agile opponent of the globalists’ own decentralized power structure, pushing populist leaders into power across the planet in a psywar blitzkrieg that sent shockwaves through the establishment. It reacted by slamming down control on the Internet, deplatforming, censoring, and disemploying, a brutal ideological counterinsurgency that sent the Hydra reeling. Then the Coronavirus lockdowns were unleashed and everything entered a new stage.
In Part II – The Hydra at War, we saw how the Hydra reacted to the globalist campaign to establish a worldwide technocratic prison state via their Great Reset. With a vast expansion of the numbers of those unpersoned by a totalitarian agenda that demanded absolute control over every aspect of human life and thought, the Hydra’s decentralized network architecture was inundated with new recruits, who brought their own ideas and expertise, whilst simultaneously being exposed to the Hydra’s counter-reality. The Hydra evolved from a purely political vanguard, adapting to perform open-source analysis of scientific data. Systems that had been developed to route around political censorship were repurposed to disseminate banned medical information. The Hydra’s malign creativity, sharpened during years of guerrilla warfare against the anti-White, anti-Western, anti-male social engineering of the anti-Christs, was employed against the contradictions and absurdities of the globalist’s medical propaganda, to devastating effect for their agenda.
And here, on the edge of the global crisis precipitated by the criminal cult that has penetrated the cabinets and captured the institutions, staring at larger and worse crises in the future, we can start to glimpse the outlines of what may come....
By its nature it's very difficult to predict exactly what the Hydra will look like when it matures. But the rough outlines can be hazarded at based on what has already transpired to date. This is gonna get weird so hold on to your baseball caps, kids.
First, let’s look at things structurally. The Hydra is leaderless, decentralized, a monster with one body and a billion heads. It does not favour efficiency, it favours redundancy, agility, adaptability. There is no central coordinating body, no unifying dogma. It thrives on conflict and competition; contradiction is its life-blood.
The coming crises, many of which may rapidly escalate to catastrophes, will require solutions. No doubt this is part of the globalist cult’s plan – Ordo Ab Chao, problem-reaction-solution. Create the crisis, let the people stew, and then offer a resolution that strengthens your own power. Solve et coagula is a wonderful strategy so long as you have a free hand to coagulate that which you’ve dissolved in the mould of your choosing.
Food hard to come by? Eat the bugs. Housing too expensive? We have pods to rent. Can’t find a job? Here’s UBI – so long as you’re not caught with naughty thoughts. Currency collapsing? Have we got a Central Bank Digital Currency for you!
It’s a dicier proposition when you’re faced with opposition.
Just as the Hydra, born in opposition to the ideological threat posed by globalism to the Western peoples, adapted itself to push back against the medical totalitarianism that was used to usher in the next phase in their program – and grew dramatically in the process – so will the Hydra adapt itself to subvert the solutions proffered by the globalists to the problems they’ve created.
Some of these are easy to predict. It’s quite clear that when CBDCs are rolled out, established crypto-currencies will provide a far more preferable alternative. The Hydra has already developed the internal infrastructure to transact using crypto – many dissident rightists became independently wealthy crypto-bros years ago, a happy accident of history arising from their deplatforming by the banks and payment systems of OldFi. DeFi evangelists have been developing a fully automated financial system that makes the central banks and their constellations of debt mongering usurers fully obsolete. Currency collapse will simply give the impetus for this system to be activated on a larger scale. Rather than solidify their control by giving themselves the ability to micromanage human life with programmable currencies, the globalists are more likely to simply lose their most powerful lever of social control. The attempted deplatforming of Russia, and the way that great nation shrugged off the attempt with careless insouciance (in small part, but still in part, by happily accepting BTC for oil), foreshadows this.
The systems architecture for crypto adoption is already in place. Transacting is as simple as an app on your phone. Generate a QR code, the merchant scans it, the crypto transfers between wallets, and the transaction is complete. A hyperinflation-driven currency collapse could see the widespread adoption of DeFi within days, in principle. Before the CBDC gets rolled out, crypto DeFi could easily be a fait accompli. You’ll know you’re there when you can buy a beer at the bar with crypto.
The resolutions to other crises are harder to foresee. Food, housing, and energy will be hard, but crucial, problems to solve. Few want to eat bugs and live in pods, however. Then again, some of this could be self-correcting. The growing food crisis is to a large degree driven by state interference in food production; state interference is enabled by the money printer; a currency collapse in which the globalists fail to reboot the system with CBDCs, and instead lose control of the financial system altogether, would also see the state’s ability to inhibit food production severely curtailed. In any case, it is almost certain that the Hydra’s decentralized network will rapidly identify and disseminate whatever practical solutions arise, and do so far more rapidly than is possible for the lumbering golem of the managerial establishment.
These are all practical concerns. But what about the impractical – yet still essential? What about the basic way in which reality is perceived by the average person? Here we must become speculative, yet I believe the outlines can be perceived, like a ghost in the mists.
The short answer is: look at 4chan. Spend a week immersing yourself in the anarchic culture of the imageboard, expose your mind to the raw id of collective humanity that bubbles up through its anonymous shitposts, and you’ll have a good idea.
A few years ago, the dissident right began to express a certain spiritual restlessness. Paganism, trad-Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, and so on began to increase in popularity. Many converted with greater or lesser degrees of conviction, but by its very nature the hydra cannot avoid poking and prodding, worrying away at that which doesn't quite make sense, which doesn't quite fit. An entirely new set of questions was opened: how much of our history is even true? What did our ancestors really believe? And why? How much of religion is true? What does 'truth', exactly, mean in the realm of archetypes and mythologies?
As it happens, there are groups who have made precisely such questions their own subject of inquiry for some time now. This loose network of esotericists and occultists are also aficionados of weird and revisionist history. They have come to some fascinating albeit tentative conclusions about the past, identifying fabrications and omissions, and incorporating new discoveries that lead to a dramatically different perspective on antiquity and on present reality.
Inevitably, ideas that had originated in such groups started percolating through the dissident right. Graham Hancock's notion of an antediluvian Ice Age civilization; Randall Carlson's synthesis of the Younger Dryas cometary impact with the origins of post-Ice Age civilization; ideas about seafaring civilizations in deep antiquity that connected the Aryans of Europe with peoples as far flung as the Americas and New Zealand; Russell Gmirkin's uncovering of the Platonic and Hellenistic origins of the Hebrew bible; Zemenko's revisionist chronology, positing several false centuries inserted into the timeline; and even ideas as apparently bizarre and insane as ancient contact between humans and extraterrestrials, who are said by some to have modified humanity's DNA, and said by others to be archons running the Earth as a farm for the purpose of harvesting our darkest emotions. Importantly, very few who engage with these ideas really believe that they are necessarily true, they do not become partisans for them; such ideas are discussed playfully, as possibilities rather than absolutes, tantalizing maybes rather than declarative fact statements, all in the spirit of asking "What if we're wrong about essentially everything?"
At the same time, ideas that had been developed and widely disseminated by the dissident right - human biodiversity and so on - become lively topics of conversation amongst the esotericists.
Even five or six years ago, the mystics tended to default towards a sort of left-libertarianism, and treated topics such as the Jewish Question or racial IQ differences with horror. Similarly, dissident rightists regarded discussion of Atlantis as soft-headed woo distracting attention from what really mattered – the struggle for the survival of Western civilization. Each had their areas of open-mindedness, fields of thought in which they could question the hegemonic worldview; but each also had domains where they remained blind to their own emotional programming, reacting with irrational hostility to that which they 'knew' must be true, for no other reason than that they'd been told to believe otherwise was immoral or stupid.
The point isn't that any of these ideas, whether those of the esotercists or those of the rightists, are necessarily correct (although I believe many of them are). The point is the cross-fertilization, the synthesis, that has been happening, naturally and organically, driven by nothing more than connectivity and minds being forcibly opened by the horrors of modernity, minds that had stopped asking 'what am I supposed to believe?' and started asking 'what really makes sense?'
I don’t mean to imply that this dynamic is limited to the rightists or the esotericists; rather, I’m pointing to the cross-fertilization of these groups, the mutual penetration of ideas gestated within them that are gradually contributing to a larger whole. You can see such ideas permeating throughout the larger social organism – witness the growing sentiment, stated half in jest but only half, that the behaviour of the globalist class and their darkling legions carries the sulphurous whiff of demonic possession, an intuition glimpsed at the personal level in the sanpaku eyes of enraged feminists, the screeching grins of MTF trannies, and sensed at the collective level in the eerie coordination across centuries of shadowy groups whose aims seem always and only to be harm to the human species ... sentiments expressed by men and women who consider (considered?) themselves scientifically-minded rationalists, people who had no truck with such conspiracy theories and superstitions, who would have laughed them away mere years or even months before, but now speak openly of the divine and the Satanic.
My guess is that the counterculture hegemony – which will eventually just become the culture, the perceived reality of the human species – will be composed largely of that which is excluded from modern official reality. If you want to identify the ingredients, look for that which is condemned as outrageous conspiracy theory, ridiculous woo, speculative mysticism, absurd superstition, atavistic hateful istophobia, dangerous subversion, malign misinformation, hippie nonsense, the forbidden and the crazy and the unclassifiably bizarre.
Take paleo-Christian neo-pagans, 3D-printing libertarian gun-nut cryptopunks, permaculture hippie pastoralists, hard-nosed scientist-mystics, cynical chain-smoking art shamans, data sorcerers, New Age techno-astrologers, laboratory homeopaths, AI thaumaturges, redneck warrior poets, research herbalists, tattooed rosarie-wearing momma bears, and put them all in a room.
Throw in humour and beauty for flavour, and simmer over the flames of millions of minds rendered simultaneously open and skeptical and combative by a lifetime of epistemological betrayal.
Wait for the fist-fights to wind down and the conversations to start; wait for the laughter to rise; wait for them to start teaching one another what they know.
Watch for the right-wing Nietzschean bodybuilders pairing off with energy-healing yoga bunnies, consecrating their union to Gaia and Dyeus Pater; for electro-Amish communes protecting their tilapia pond-fed food forests behind thickets of homemade 3D-printed ghost rifles, raising strong half-feral children on the principles of the Trivium and the Athenian gymnasium, teaching them drone engineering, Zen meditation, Mixed Martial Arts, sociobioecology, ballroom dancing, and marksmanship; for neo-Scythian aero-bikers providing armed security for packed debutante balls where the scions of nouveau-riche backyard orbital launch magnates pair off with the daughters of Internet sages whose scholarship is founded on Antarctic excavations of Atlantean pyramid cities....
From our perspective now it will seem to be chaos and madness. But our perspective is limited. Each of us may see some fragment of reality's nature, but each of us, to one degree or another, remains beholden to the webwork of lies from which our culture is woven. Some of those lies, like men being women, are superficial, catching only the most entranced. Others, such as naive reductionist materialist monism, are far more subtle and pervasive. None of us have a pure view of reality – all of us are blinded by illusions we don't even realize are illusions. Only through the network, only in the sinews of the Hydra, can this maya be burned from our collective eyes.
When it is, we shall inhabit a very different reality indeed.
As usual, there is much to agree and contend with here, John. But first, this:
"...people who had no truck with such conspiracy theories and superstitions, who would have laughed them away mere years or even months before, but now speak openly of the divine and the Satanic."
Guilty as charged. Though I suspect much of this had to do with being raised by multiple generations of atheistic men and trad-Cath women, the arc of both my personal and professional life has led me to that same raging confluence, where I find I must unearth an older language to properly express what I am seeing.
A younger version of me, learning programmatic languages on the fly, would see that as a failure of imagination, if not ethics or sanity. But I have seen those dark, deep woods, having wandered through them myself. To name a thing properly is an act of deliberative respect. One does not, for instance name Cerberus "Rover". Likewise the demons that continually express themselves in human mind and flesh should be properly named and catalogued. The taxonomy should be neither too elaborate or too prosaic. I'm not claiming the Hellenists and/or Semites got it exactly right, but they hit much closer to the mark than any of our postmodern wordsmiths did (or do).
(chuckling fondly) I have a pretty damned good vocabulary but today's piece required looking up the meaning of at least 3 words: thaumaturges; istophobia; sanpaku. I like new words. I also find this convergence of which you speak delightfully imaginative in the best possible way. The words demon and demonic seem to be popping up quite regularly in my communications and thoughts, especially during the past 2 plus years.
